• What size photo can I use?
  You can send us any size photo up to 8x10, black and white, or color.

• How long will each photo/slide be displayed?
  Typically between 5-6 seconds each.

• How do I organize my photos/slides?
  Remove your photos from albums or frames and your slides from trays if necessary. Organize your photos/slides in the order that you want them to appear on your video. Typically, you will organize them in chronological order. After you have organized them, NUMBER EACH PHOTO/SLIDE on the back (in the corner) with a smear-proof pen/marker (one that dries instantly).

• What if I have more than 500 photos/slides?
  Add 60 cents for each photo/slide to the total price.

• What if I want more than one copy of the Memory Video?
  Extra copies are $10.00 each.

• What about the titles?
  Type or legibly print your opening and closing titles. An example for an opening title would be:

  Happy 50th Anniversary
  Mom and Dad!
  1949 - November 1 - 1999

  An example for an ending title would be:

  We Love You!
  Your Family

• What about music?
  You can provide your own music however it MUST be on CDs. A video with 200 photos will run approximately 18-20 minutes which will require about 6 songs. All songs are played in their entirety. If needed, the second to last song will be faded out so that the last song can play all the way through. Please list your songs in the order that you want them to appear on your video:

  Song #1, song title
  Song #2, song title
  Song #3, song title

  We also also have a large CD music library in house.

• How should I package my photos/slides?
  Place your photos/slides in envelopes and pack them carefully using a shipping carton. Don't forget to include your beginning and end titles. Send mailing instructions with complete return address as well as your daytime and evening phone numbers and email. You must also include payment with your order. Please send bank or postal money orders only.

• How should I mail my photos/slides?
  U.S. Postal Service Prority Mail is a good choice as is UPS and FedEx. Insuring your packages is highly recommended!

• How long will I have to wait before I receive my Memory Video and photos/slides back?
  Once your order is received, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. During busy times (Holiday, graduation, etc.) allow 3-4 weeks. We encourage you to ship your orders to us early.
